What it means for you
- Discounts not online: for Super Shuttle, student, senior and PWD fares are sold at port counters and accredited outlets – bring your ID. Ask the operator about child fares.
- Extra fees: expect a small terminal fee at Hagnaya and an eco fee of about ₱30 per person when you arrive in Santa Fe (travel guides, 2026). A 2023 report also describes a ₱20 fee for Santa Fe’s municipal terminal – whether it is still collected is not confirmed (residents, seniors, PWD and children 7 and under are exempt).
- Cash: pay in pesos at the counter. All times and both directions are on our ferry schedule page.
Did you know?
- Who runs the ports: Hagnaya (San Remigio) and Santa Fe are run by the Cebu Port Authority as part of its Santa Fe sub-port – not by the national Philippine Ports Authority.
- Two phone lines: Super Shuttle Ferry keeps a separate office number at each end of the route – Hagnaya 0969 601 2777 and Santa Fe 0969 601 4777 (company directory, November 2026).
- A fee since 2023: the ₱20 terminal fee in Santa Fe was passed by the town council in November 2022 and signed into law on 16 February 2023.
